After raising the Forest and the Domain level to Windows Server 2008 R2 it is possible to enable the AD recycleBin which Enables u to Recover deleted objects , this comes very handy when objects are deleted by an accident and you have to recover those very fast to keep the bussiness rolling.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Following\u00a0 the steps below to enable ur recyclebin.s<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Start powershell as Administrator by right clicking on the Powershell Icon and write the command marked in RED<\/span><\/strong> below<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

PS C:\\Windows\\system32><\/span> Import-Module activedirectory<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Next Command is the following code marked in<\/span> RED<\/span>, <\/strong>please dont forget to change <\/strong>yourdomain.com <\/strong>with the FQDN of yours<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

PS C:\\Windows\\system32> Enable-<\/span>ADOptionalFeature -Identity ‘CN=Recycle Bin Feature,CN=Optional Features,CN=Directory Service,CN=Windows NT,CN=Services,CN=Configuration, DC=<\/span><\/strong>yourdomain<\/span><\/strong>,DC=<\/strong>com<\/span><\/strong>‘ -Scope ForestOrConfigurationSet -Target ‘<\/strong>YourDomain.com<\/span><\/strong>‘<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
